Insulated Additions Built for Southeast Louisiana Homes
Turn a patio or backyard walkout into quiet, conditioned living space that blends with your home. Our insulated additions are engineered for Gulf Coast heat, humidity, and wind-driven rain so you can use the room year-round without drafts, hot spots, or surface condensation.
What We Build Under an Existing Roof
When your house already has a roof over the slab or porch, we enclose that footprint using factory-finished 3¼″ insulated wall panels with a durable stucco-embossed exterior. Structure is completed with heavy-duty, thermally broken aluminum extrusions to help keep frames comfortable in high humidity.
Windows & doors: choose from horizontal gliders, vertical units, picture windows, casements, and transoms. Glazing is low-E with argon for comfort and clarity. Add full-view single or double doors to keep the room bright and connected to the yard.
Finish options: a custom brick base with brick columns is available to match Louisiana elevations. For true four-season comfort, an optional Amana/Goodman heating & cooling package with DigiSmart controls can be included.
No Roof or Slab Yet? We Build a Self-Supported System
Starting from open ground is no problem. We can form a concrete slab (stamped finish available) and install an insulated roofing system so the room stands on its own.

FAQs
Will the room stay comfortable in August?
Yes. The combination of insulated wall panels, low-E/argon windows, and thermally broken frames is designed to cut heat gain and reduce interior hot spots.
Do I need HVAC?
Many owners add a compact Amana/Goodman heating and cooling package for true four-season use; we’ll size it to the room volume and glass area.
What if I don’t have a roof or slab?
We can build a self-supported system with a new concrete slab and insulated roof, complete with an optional fan beam for a ceiling fan.
How long does it take?
After approvals, installation is streamlined thanks to modular components, which reduces disruption and helps keep schedules predictable.
Can you match the look of my house?
Yes. Panel color, trims, door style, and optional brick base with brick columns are selected to blend with your home’s architecture.
